Computers & Wi-fi
All Library locations have public computers and Wi-fi available for use. Connect your device or laptop to our Wi-fi for easy access. Research and study using databases available only inside branches. Print, copy, or scan documents by using our computers.

Using Our Computers
A Library card is needed to use our computers. Three one-hour sessions are allowed per day with your library card. If you don’t have a library card, you can sign up for one in person or sign up for a library card online.
If you don’t qualify for a free library card, you can use a guest pass for the computers at any of our branches by showing your ID. Three 20-minute sessions are allowed per day when using a guest pass.
Computers are available on a first come, first served basis, if no computers are available you can sign up for the next available opening using each branches designated computer Sign-up station.
We offer computer test proctoring services. If you need to reserve a computer for an online test, you can call or come in to reserve a computer up to 1 week ahead.
All computers automatically shutdown 15 minutes before the library closes.
All of our computers are public, please use the appropriate precautions when using our computers.
Using Library Wi-Fi
Indoor Wi-Fi
Free public Wi-Fi is available at all of our libraries for your device. Connect your tablet, phone, laptop or other device, no library card needed.
Connect inside your library by selecting the Wi-Fi signal with the name of the library in it, such as “Lakes Region Wi-Fi.”
Outdoor and Parking Lot Wi-Fi
Outdoor Wi-Fi is available at all library branches and the parking lot surrounding. Outdoor Wi-Fi is available from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, 7 days a week.
Coming soon will be designated parking spots.
Connect to Outdoor Wi-Fi by selecting “Branch Name” Outdoor Wifi in your Wi-Fi connections list. Click “Continue to the Internet” on the log in page.

Printing, Scanning, and Copying at the Library
Printing
Printing is $0.15 per page at each branch. Printing is black & white only. Payments must be made in cash or checks are accepted if paying $5 or more.
Print from flash drives, email, website, or other personal storage.
Copying
Copying is $0.15 per page at each branch. Printing is black & white only.
Copy machine only accepts change and dollar bills.
Scanning
Use our designated scanning station and scan your documents to a flash drive, cloud storage, or email your scanned files.
Using our scanning station does not have a fee, however, sessions are limited to a single 15 minute session if there are others waiting.
