Citrus Libraries Adds LawDepot to Libby App’s Digital Content
Citrus Libraries is pleased to announce that new categories of digital content are now available to enjoy on any device 24/7. Users with a library card can access a new resource, LawDepot, through the Libby app.
LawDepot offers legal forms in minutes with high-quality, easy-to-use, and completely customizable legal documents and templates. Create lease agreements, resumes and everything in between. All you need to do is download the free Libby app, add Citrus County Library System, and look for “Extras” to get started!
This new resource is being added as an additional resource to the Law Library that is maintained by Citrus Libraries. Additional Law Library materials are available through a designated Westlaw workstation located at the Lakes Region branch in Inverness. Court fees currently fund all Law Library resources as established by Citrus County Ordinance 87-14 (amended 93-A05).
Readers may browse Citrus Libraries’ digital collection, instantly borrow titles and start reading or listening for free with a valid library card. This service is compatible with all major computers and devices, iPhone®, iPad®, Android™ phones and tablets and Chromebook™. Through Libby, readers can also “send to Kindle®” [U.S. only]. All titles will automatically expire at the end of the lending period and there are no late fees. Readers can also download titles onto Libby for offline use.
To learn more about using Libby, the library will be hosting Getting Started with Libby classes at the Coastal Region branch on Thursday, December 23 at 10:15 AM and at the Central Ridge branch on Thursday, December 30 at 10:15 AM. To register for one of these classes, please visit citruslibraries.org or call your nearest branch. To stay up-to-date on all of the classes and programs being offered at the library, you can follow @CitrusLibraries on Facebook and Instagram.
