Get “Coastal”—Learn About Florida Seashells!
Learn about one of the staples of our beautiful Florida shoreline: seashells! On Tuesday, January 30 at 1:00 PM, join scientists Leslie Moore and Pat Gould of the SETS Foundation for “Florida Seashells: Past and Present” at the Coastal Region Library in Crystal River. Explore the history of Florida’s seashells and marvel at both fossilized and current seashells. Their accompanying seashell collection will be on display all throughout the month of January. It “shell” be a wonderful time!
