Celebrate the “Land of Flowers” for World Wildflower Week!

May is home to World Wildflower Week! Join master naturalist Marcie Clutter for a celebration of Florida’s gorgeous wildflowers. The first thing that caught the attention of early Florida settlers were these very same blooms! Participants will learn about the wide variety of flowers which flourish from spring to fall in Citrus and Hernando counties! “Petal” on over to the Coastal Region Library in Crystal River on Thursday, May 2 at 10:30 AM for “Florida’s Wildflowers: Unparalleled Beauty!”

Library programs are free and open to the public. To register for this program, please visit our online calendar at attend.citruslibraries.org/events or call the Coastal Region Library at (352) 795-3716.
