Reference Service
It is a goal of the Citrus County Library System to provide quality reference service by offering accurate information in response to user requests. Efficient, timely, courteous, and impartial service is a priority. The following guidelines are to be adhered when providing information service to the public:
• Users of all ages and circumstances are to be treated with equal attention.
• The library system strives to ensure users receive accurate and unbiased answers to their questions.
• Every request deserves a complete response. All requests should be either answered or redirected.
