It is the policy of the Library to provide materials and programming free of charge to all residents of Citrus County regardless of race, creed, sex, age, ethnic origin, disability, or appearance.

Residents of Citrus County who are unable to come to the library due to permanent or temporary disabilities are eligible for Homebound Delivery services. “Homebound” is defined as being generally confined to your residence either temporarily, due to illness, or permanently, due to age, disability, or other mobility problems.

The Homebound Delivery service is a volunteer driven program and the Library will make every effort to offer this service to qualified residents however, these services are dependent on the availability of volunteers to administer the program.

Individuals requesting Homebound services must have a valid Citrus County library card.
